uThryv combines "You" with "Thriver" in a modern and creative fashion.
Being a "Thriver" has a couple of meanings, first, our founder, Jen Byron, is a Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Thriver and we want to help businesses thrive to their maximum capacity.
We're focused on deriving thoughtful strategy and not just tactics, along with measurable results, so our partners thrive.
Meet Our Founder
Strength, Thriver, Inovator
Jen Byron, MBA launched her first marketing agency, Jen B Marketing, in 2024 after her 4th workforce reduction.
Over the last 2 years, her evolution from a corporate mindset to an entrepreneur, personal development building a personal brand, and completing her Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership has also led to a shift and growth in her own business.
Going from an independent owner, she's expanding her approach to be able to scale and drive seamless growth for both her company and her partners.
She spent her corporate career in radio, TV, advertising agencies, professional sports, and corporate supporting local, regional, and national brands like KNIX 102.5 FM, Cox Media, Subway, Phoenix Coyotes - NHL, 12News - NBC TV, State Farm, Arizona Lottery, Nissan, Disney, ESPN, Fox Sports, and ended at NortonLifeLock.
When she's not advocating for small businesses especially female and veteran-owned, she's running a second business with her husband - Liberty Trusted Repairs, fur mom of 3 little ones - 2 pups and a kitten, fashionista, author "30-Day Kindness Challenge" Journal available on Amazon, and lifetime learner.
She is committed to providing all the knowledge she gained from her years in corporate to helping small businesses so they can thrive.
